Concrete plant operating mode - semi-automatic.
Single-shaft mixer BP-1G-900C is mounted on the trestle unloading height of 4 meters. Concrete mixer is equipped with a special skip (bucket) for lifting and loading components of the mixture into the mixer.
For storage and precise batching of the inert materials a batching complex is used. Inert materials are stored in 2 hoppers of 5 cu m each. DK total capacity - 10 cu m. There is a dosing conveyor installed under the hoppers on which the aggregates are being batched. The aggregates are loaded on the conveyor by opening of CAMOZZI pneumatic system operated gates.
ABAC compressor is supplied with the plant.
Upon achievement of the required batch of the inert materials, the conveyor is turned on and they are discharged into mixer's skip. The skip lifts up and the inert materials are discharged into the concrete mixer.
Cement is stored in cement silo (optional) or RB-2 big-bag discharger (optional). From the silo/big-bag discharger cement is fed by a screw conveyor (optional) into DTs-300 cement dispenser. Water is batched using DVPL-2 water dispenser, flowing type.
The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

Upon achievement of the required homogeneity of the mixture, Camozzi pneumatically operated gate is opened, and the mixture is discharged into a concrete mixer lorry or a receiving hopper. Then the cycle is repeated.
One cycle lasts for 60 seconds maximum during which 0.4-0.5 cu m of ready-to-use concrete is produced. Plant's capacity is 25-30 cu m per hour of operation.
Возможна поставка бетонного завода в защитном покрытии цинк. Покрытие наносится методом холодного цинкования.
