БВ-7 предназначен для получения горячей воды (но не выше 65 ºС), с целью применения в технологическом процессе приготовления бетона в холодный период времени и других целей. Это позволяет нагревать готовую бетонную смесь при низких температурах. Вода в БВ-7 нагревается с помощью пара, который подается от парогенератора. Пар поступает по специальному разведенному внутри емкости паропроводу и попадает непосредственно в воду в результате чего, он отдает свою температуру жидкости, нагревая ее при этом.
