For storage and precise batching of the inert materials Dosing complex DCM-60. Inert materials are loaded and stored in bunkers, the number of bunkers is 3, 20 m³ each, the total volume of bunkers is 60 m³. A dosing belt conveyor is installed under the bunkers, on which components are accurately dosed; the components are supplied from the bunkers by opening gate valves, the gates are controlled by a pneumatic system.

Upon achievement of the required batch of the inert materials, the conveyor is turned on and they are discharged into the belt conveyor's receiving hopper and after that into the mixer.

The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

Using a screw, cement is supplied to the BD-120 dispenser unit, which consists of a 1200 kg cement dispenser, 550 liters of water and an 80 liter chemical additive dispenser. Each dispenser is located on three high-precision load cells and a rigid frame, which increases dosing accuracy. The cement dispenser is equipped with a vibrator MVE 300/3 to encourage the removal of cement when it sticks.

All components of the mixture are mixed, after obtaining the necessary homogeneity of the mixture, the pneumatic valve of the concrete mixer is opened and the mixture is supplied to the concrete mixer truck or receiving hopper.

Then the cycle is repeated.

In one cycle, 2 m³ of ready-made concrete or mortar is produced; the cycle lasts about 50 seconds. The installation capacity is 90…120 m³ of ready-made concrete or mortar per hour of operation.
