For storage and precise batching of the inert materials Concrete mixer equipped. Инертные загружаются и хранятся в бункерах, количество бункеров 4 по 30 м³, общий объем бункеров 120 м³. Под бункерами установлен ленточный конвейер-дозатор, на котором происходит точное дозирование компонентов, компоненты подаются из бункеров посредством открытия шиберных заслонок, заслонки управляются пневмосистемой.
При наборе необходимой дозы инертных, включается конвейер и от дозированные компоненты подаются на наклонный ленточный конвейер. По конвейеру смесь поднимается и попадает в смесительную камеру бетоносмесителя.

Цемент подается шнеком в блок дозаторов БД-180, который включает дозаторы: цемента — 1800 кг, воды — 900 л и химической добавки — 70 л. Каждый дозатор установлен на жесткой раме и оснащен тремя высокоточными тензодатчиками для повышения точности дозирования. Дозатор цемента укомплектован вибратором MVE 300/3 для предотвращения зависания и обеспечения стабильного схода материала
В смесителе компоненты перемешиваются; после достижения требуемой гомогенности открывается затвор бетоносмесителя, и смесь подается в автобетоносмеситель или приемный бункер. Далее цикл повторяется.
За один цикл изготавливается 3м³ готового бетона (или раствора); длительность цикла — около 70 с. Производительность установки — до 160 м³ готового бетона (или раствора) в час.
