Concrete plant МИКСЕР-100 происходит в автоматическом режиме по принципу «одна кнопка». Оператору необходимо выбрать марку смеси для планируемого бетона (М50…М500) и его количество для загрузки предварительной смеси напрямую в автобетоносмеситель, нажать кнопку пуск цикла.
Для производства смеси бетона, и выгрузки ее напрямую в автобетоносмеситель. Перемешивание происходит в автобетоносмесителе во время доставки бетона.
For storage and dispensing inert materials: дозирующий комплекс ДКТ-48S. Под бункерами установлен ленточный конвейер-дозатор, на котором происходит дозирование компонентов, компоненты подаются из бункеров посредством открытия пневмозатворов. При наборе необходимой дозы инертных, включается конвейер и инертные подаются в подающий наклонный конвейер, который поднимает компоненты вверх и выгружает напрямую в автобетоносмеситель через приемную воронку.
Цемент складируется в специальном складе – силосе цемента (опция). Силос для цемента необходимо подбирать из расчета двух суточного запаса по производительности. Для подачи цемента из силоса в дозатор цемента необходимо приобрести шнек нужной длины.
Цемент и вода дозируются с помощью блока дозаторов БДМ-90, который установлен, непосредственно под подающим конвейером.
С помощью шнека цемент подается в дозатор цемента (максимальный предел взвешивания 900 кг), в котором происходит дозация, по мере необходимости цемент сбрасывается в напрямую в автобетоносмеситель.
Вода дозируется с помощью дозатора воды (максимальная доза взвешивания 450 кг).
Основное перемешивание всех компонентов смеси и получение необходимой гомогенности смеси происходит в автобетоносмесители во время доставки бетона до объекта.
