Cement is stored in a special warehouse - a cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

Cement is supplied to the dispenser block in the BD-30 dispenser block, which consists of a 300 kg cement dispenser, 150 liters of water and a 20 liter chemical additive dispenser. Each dispenser is located on three high-precision load cells and a rigid frame, which increases dosing accuracy. The cement dispenser is equipped with a vibrator MVE 300/3 to encourage the removal of cement when it sticks.

All components of the mixture are mixed, after obtaining the necessary homogeneity of the mixture, the pneumatic valve of the concrete mixer is opened and the mixture is supplied to the concrete truck or receiving hopper. Then the cycle repeats.

One cycle lasts for 60 seconds maximum during which 0.5-0.6 cu m of ready-to-use concrete is produced. Plant's capacity is 20-30 cu m per hour of operation.
