BP-1D mixer 100 consists of a fixed welded body, inside which is placed a mixing mechanism consisting of a horizontally arranged shaft and secured thereto by four blades.

Вал приводится в движение через предохранительную муфту цилиндрическим редуктором. Привод осуществляется от электродвигателя мощностью 2,2 КВт через ременную передачу, закрытую кожухом.

Выгрузка готовой бетонной смеси производится через окно в днище корпуса, закрываемое затвором с ручным приводом. Загрузка составляющих бетонную смесь (инертных, цемента, воды) осуществляется в ручную непосредственно в смесительную камеру. Пусковое электрооборудование и защита расположены в пульте управления.
