Bitumen storage facility BH-45 with a nominal volume of 48 m³ . The design is horizontal. Serves for storing and heating bitumen to operating temperature. heating with thermal oil by supplying it to special registers.

To heat thermal oil, a thermal oil boiler KTM-0.5 is additionally used

The tank can be equipped with an automation system upon additional order.

The BH-45 bitumen tank is equipped with thermal converters and non-contact radio wave level gauges (additional option), which allows you to control the temperature and bitumen level in the tank, as well as manage these parameters.

Bituminous container BH-45 consists of a body made made of steel grade 09G2S, 6 mm thick, four reinforced stands, service platform with ladder, deflector, service hatch, ventilation system, level gauge (additional option) and temperature sensor.

To heat and maintain the temperature of bitumen, the container is equipped with two special registers. The registers were developed with the involvement of a design institute with an optimal ratio of heat transfer volume and have high efficiency.

To collect residual bitumen from the tank, it is equipped with an unheated pipe, which ensures its pumping from the lowest point of the tank.

Before shipment, all bitumen tanks are tested in certified laboratory of non-destructive testing

The BH-45 bitumen tank is made in transport dimensions, transportation is carried out in a standard Euro truck.
