Блочно-модульная котельная TEPLO БМК-0,5 (Отопление и ГВС), теплопроизводительностью 0,5 МВт, способна обеспечивать ряд задач по отоплению производственных мощностей потребителя и обеспечивать горячее водоснабжение. Относится к 2-ей группе надёжности по отпуску тепловой энергии с возможностью эксплуатироваться в областях с умеренными климатическими условиями (У-1).

Котельная БМК-0,5 (Отопление и ГВС) состоит из:

Двух транспортабельных утеплённых модуля полной заводской готовности с естественной вентиляцией и одинарным остеклением;
Двух водогрейных котлов КВа-0,25 общей теплопроизводительностью 0,5 МВт с установленными двухступенчатыми горелками итальянского производства Baltur;
Pipeline strapping;
Pumping group;
Internal gas pipeline of low pressure with a locking and interchangeable reinforcement and a system for controlling the regulation on methane and carbon monoxide;
Input-distribution device with an electricity accounting device;
Fire and security alarm;
Boiler room control systems based on the programmable logical controller "Segnetics" and GSM dispatching;

The boiler room operates automatically, and the boiler room control can completely remotely. Data is transmitted by means of SMS messages on assigned events, such as: accident, fire, other errors
