Блочно-модульная котельная TEPLO БМК-1,5 (Отопление и ГВС), теплопроизводительностью 1,5 МВт, capable of providing a number of tasks for heating the production capacities of the consumer and provide hot water supply. Refers to the 2nd group of reliability for the release of thermal energy with the ability to operate in areas with moderate climatic conditions (U-1).

Котельная БМК-1,5 (Отопление и ГВС) состоит из:

Четырех транспортабельных утеплённых модуля полной заводской готовности с естественной вентиляцией и одинарным остеклением;
Двух водогрейных котлов КВа-0,7 общей теплопроизводительностью 1,5 МВт с установленными двухступенчатыми горелками итальянского производства Baltur;
Трубопроводной обвязки;
Насосной группы;
Внутреннего газопровода низкого давления с запорно-предохранительной арматурой и системой контроля загазованности по метану и угарному газу;
Вводно-распределительного устройства с прибором учёта электроэнергии;
Пожарной и охранной сигнализации;
Системы управления котельной на базе программируемого логического контроллера «Segnetics» и GSM диспетчеризацией;

Котельная работает в автоматическом режиме, а управление котельной может полностью удаленным. Данные передаются посредством SMS-сообщений по назначенным событиям, таких как: авария, пожар, прочие ошибки
