Block-modular boiler room Teplo BMK-3 (Heating and DHW), heat production 3 MW, capable of providing a number of tasks for heating the production capacities of the consumer and provide hot water supply. Refers to the 2nd group of reliability for the release of thermal energy with the ability to operate in areas with moderate climatic conditions (U-1).

The boiler room BMK-3 (heating and DHW) consists of:

Premises built in place, with natural ventilation and single glazing;
Two KVA-1.5 hot water boilers with a total heat production of 3 MW with installed two-stage burners of Italian production Baltur;
Pipeline strapping;
Pumping group;
Internal gas pipeline of low pressure with a locking and interchangeable reinforcement and a system for controlling the regulation on methane and carbon monoxide;
Input-distribution device with an electricity accounting device;
Fire and security alarm;
Boiler room control systems based on the programmable logical controller "Segnetics" and GSM dispatching;

The boiler room operates automatically, and the boiler room control can completely remotely. Data is transmitted by means of SMS messages on assigned events, such as: accident, fire, other errors
