Теплогенератор подает нагретый воздух с номинальной температурой воздуха +170 °С под высоким давлением в воздуховоды, соединенные с бункерами. Тепловая мощность установки 450 кВт обеспечивает работу бетонного завода производительностью до 30 м3/h (depending on the region of operation).
Установка использует непрямой нагрев, при котором тепло от дымовых газов передается воздуху через стенку топки и трубы теплообменника. Т.е. продукты горения не попадают в инертные и соответственно внутрь завода. Теплогенератор состоит из burners Italian production (Baltur or F.B.R.), high pressure fans, firebox, heat exchanger, control panel and automation. The heat exchanger and combustion chamber are made of stainless steel.
The heat generator in diesel version can additionally be equipped with a fuel tank (with the volume required for the customer), which will ensure the autonomous operation of the installation for a long time.
Optionally, ducts are supplied to connect the heat generator to the dosing complex.
The heat source is used in electrified areas (optional can work in standalone mode).
