TEPLO TGV-800 TEPLO Generator used for the operation of the RBU concrete plant in winter. Based on the principle of supplying hot air. Designed for heating inert materials during the production of concrete at ambient temperatures down to minus 45 ^TheС.

Теплогенератор подает нагретый воздух с номинальной температурой воздуха +170 °С под высоким давлением в воздуховоды, соединенные с бункерами. Тепловая мощность установки 800 кВт обеспечивает работу бетонного завода производительностью до 120 м³/h (depending on the region of operation).

Установка использует непрямой нагрев, при котором тепло от дымовых газов передается воздуху через стенку топки и трубы теплообменника. Т.е. продукты горения не попадают в инертные и соответственно внутрь завода. Теплогенератор состоит из burners Italian made (Baltur or F.B.R.), high pressure fan, firebox, heat exchanger, control panel and automation. The heat exchanger and combustion chamber are made of stainless steel.

The diesel heat generator can additionally be equipped with a fuel tank (with the volume required by the Customer), which will ensure autonomous operation of the unit for a long time.
