To install the metering complex DKS-16 It does not require the production of special foundation, The complex is set on a flat, dense area.
Два бункера установлены на специальной раме. Каждый бункер объёмом 8 куб. метров имеет один секторный затвор, управление которым производится с помощью установленного на нем пневмоцилиндра. На каждом бункере установлен вибратор-встряхиватель MVE 300/3, всего 2 штуки.
Для обеспечения работоспособности дозирующего комплекса он должен быть подключен к магистрали сжатого воздуха с рабочим давлением не менее 0,6 мПа. Для установки компрессора, в раме дозирующего комплекса уже предусмотрена площадка для его размещения. Это позволяет закрыть компрессор от влияния пыли от завода и атмосферных осадков.
The dispenser of inert (pipeline) CI-6 is suspended by bunkers on four high precision load cells a total capacity of 8 tons.
Инертные (песок, отсев, щебень и прочее) подаются в бункера с помощью грузоподъемных механизмов. Для защиты от попадания в бункера крупных фракции на бункера могут быть установлены решетки с ячейкой 100 мм х 100 мм или других размеров (опция).
Далее вся работа осуществляется с помощью пульта управления (зависит от выбранной комплектации, возможна поставка с автоматическим пультом управления). Открывается затвор первого бункера и подается основная доза первого компонента. Точная дозация осуществляется автоматикой и импульсным открытием затвора.
За набором необходимой дозы оператор следит автоматика. При затруднение в подаче инертных из бункеров, кратковременно приводятся в действие вибратор-встряхиватель MVE 300/3 на необходимом бункере. По мере набора и взвешивания автоматика включает привод конвейера-дозатора ДИ-6 и взвешенная доза инертных поступает в приемный бункер. Далее в такой же последовательности осуществляется подача и взвешивание следующего компонента из второго бункера.
