To install the dosing complex DKT-348 no special foundation and skip pit required, The complex is set on a flat, dense area.
Four bunkers are installed on a special frame. Each bunker with a volume of 12 m³ has one sector shutter, which is controlled using the pneumatic cylinder installed on it. In the basic configuration, the vibrator-resinter is installed on the first bunker in which it is supposed to store sand.
To ensure the performance of the metering complex, it must be connected to a compressed air line with a working pressure of at least 0.6 MPa. We recommend using compressors. To install the compressor, a platform for its placement is already provided in the frame of the metering complex.
Inert dispenser (conveyor) is suspended under bunkers on six high -precision tensodes a total capacity of 12 tons.
Inert (sand, screening, crushed stone, etc.) are supplied to the bunkers using lifting mechanisms. To protect against bunkers in bunkers, gratings with a cell of 100 mm x 100 mm or other sizes (option) can be installed on bunkers.
Далее вся работа осуществляется с помощью пульта управления (зависит от выбранной комплектации, возможна поставка с автоматическим пультом управления). Открывается затвор первого бункера и подается основная доза первого компонента. Точная дозация осуществляется автоматикой и импульсным открытием затвора.
