Двухвальный бетоносмеситель MAO 2250 premium brand "SICOMA" from the official representative in Russia. Loading volume 2250 liters, finished concrete output 1500 liters.

Twin-shaft concrete mixer consists of a stationary welded body with two horizontal shafts с закреплёнными на них лопатками и скребковыми лопастями. Валы соединены между собой валом-синхронизатором для защиты привода. Загрузка компонентов бетонной смеси осуществляется непосредственно в корпус бетоносмесителя, для защиты от попадания посторонних предметов предусмотрена защитная решетка.

The concrete mixer is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant armor made of Ni-Hard cast iron with a strength of 500 HB. This guarantees the durability and reliability of the mixer even with intensive use. In addition, the concrete mixer's cast iron arms prevent concrete sticking and are positioned at 90 degrees to reduce the load on the shafts.

The mixer drive power is 60 кВт, which ensures efficient operation and high productivity.

The multi-channel uniform water spray system achieves uniform mixing and improves the quality of the final product.

The concrete mixer's belt drive absorbs shock, and a special shaft stabilizes rotation, which ensures smooth and efficient operation of the mixer.
