MAXAIR-24 Air (cement) Filter with vibration cleaning AIRFILL V25 - these are devices designed to trap dust particles in dusty air using filter elements in the form of cartridges in the form of cylinders, capable of retaining particles and passing purified air through themselves. The filter housing is made of stainless steel.

Применяется во влажных климатах, где система пневмочистки не так эффективна или при отсутствии подключения к пневматической системе.

Внимание! При закачке цемента в силос, если у вас не установлен фильтр цемента, теряется до 5% цемента, в виде цементной пыли!

The filter is built of cement система виброочистки, фильтрующие элементы очищаются с помощью вибрации, и частицы порошка оседают на дно силоса.

Фильтрующий материал – 100%-ный полиэстер, прошел все тесты и испытания на заводе-изготовителе, которые показали, что этот материал обладает наилучшими свойствами по пропускаемости очищенного воздуха. При испытаниях пропускной способности фильтрующих элементов использовалась кварцевая пыль с концентрацией 3-5 г/м³.
