Ленточный конвейер представляет собой сварную ферму, на верхнем конце фермы расположен ведущий барабан, приводимый движением электродвигателем через червячный одноступенчатый редуктор. На нижнем конце фермы расположен натяжной барабан.

Барабаны огибает бесконечная шевронная конвейерная лента, опирающаяся на верхние опорные желобчатые ролики и плоские нижние роликовые опоры. В рабочем положении ферма опирается на стойку. Стойки изготавливаются разной высоты, в зависимости от применения конвейера. Угол наклона выбирается при заказе.
