Загрузка компонентов смеси производится в скип одновального бетоносмесителя БП-1Г-450С. Дозация инертных происходит с помощью тензодатчика, расположенного на верхних направляющих. После чего скип поднимается наверх с помощью приводной лебедки и компоненты смеси высыпаются в смесительную камеру бетоносмесителя. Происходит перемешивание смеси.

По мере необходимости происходит подача воды с пощощью дозатора воды (ДВПЛ-1). Необходимая доза отсчитывается по водомеру.

The finished mixture is fed through the sector gate mixer, which is provided with a pneumatic control system.

RBU operation is controlled from the ground by remote control.

Возможна поставка бетонного завода в защитном покрытии цинк. Покрытие наносится методом холодного цинкования.
