Mixture components (inert materials and cement) are fed into the skip of BP-2G-750s twin-shaft concrete mixer. A platform of DIS dispenser (dispenser of inert materials and cement) is mounted under the skip. The required batch is calculated on the display of the control panel. As the batching of inert materials and cement is completed, the skip is elevated with the help of the driven winch, and the mixture components are dumped into the mixing chamber of the concrete mixer. The mixture is mixed.

The skip winch drive is equipped with a frequency converter, which allows you to adjust the smoothness of the skip lift, as well as smooth lowering onto the DIS platform.

As and when necessary, water is fed with the help of automated water dispenser DVP-1000. The needed amount of water is set on the control panel.

Operation of the concrete mixing plant is controlled from below with the help of the control panel.
