RBU manual control panel предназначен для управления растворобетонным узлом, весовыми системами дозирования и исполнительными механизмами.

The control panel consists of:

кнопочной панели управления, на которой установлены кнопки, переключатели и сигнальные лампы;
весовых преобразователей, используемых для визуализации работы дозаторов инертных материалов, цемента, воды и хим.добавок;
монтажной панели, внутри корпуса пульта, на которой установлены элементы электроавтоматики предназначенные для управления и защиты исполнительных механизмов РБУ.

Весовой преобразователь используется для отображения процессов дозации и калибровки дозаторов. С их помощью осуществляется мониторинг дозации необходимого количества составляющих бетона. Все процессы, такие как включение и выключение смесителя, подъем и опускание скипа, включение конвейера, открытие заслонок ДК и т.п. производятся оператором при помощи кнопок и переключателей с панели ручного управления.
