Силос предназначен для хранения минерального порошка и пыли при работе завода БМЗ-160.

CAMOZZI pneumatic gate - two-side

Первый уровень силоса предназначен для временного хранения пыли.

Пыль из фильтровальной установки завода подается в силос шнековым транспортером. В момент подачи пыли заслонка силоса закрыта.
При работе асфальтового завода заслонка открывается. Если возникают трудности с подачей пыли из силоса, активируется система аэрации или система сводообрушения (опционально). Также силос может быть оснащен клапаном избыточного давления.

Второй уровень силоса предназначен для хранения минерального порошка.
Минеральный порошок подается в силос из цементовоза по закачивающей трубе. В этот момент заслонка силоса закрыта.
Во время работы асфальтового завода заслонка открыта. При возникновении затруднений с подачей минерального порошка из силоса включается система аэрации или система сводообрушения (опционально). Силос может быть дополнительно оборудован фильтром и датчиком избыточного давления.

На оба уровня силоса может быть установлена система датчиков уровня (опционально).
