The telescopic cement silo is designed for receiving cement from cement trucks, storing and supplying cement to the concrete mixer batcher.

Cement is loaded into a silo through a loading pipe. Butterfly valve should be closed at that moment.

During the operation of the batching plant the butterfly valve is opened. In case there are troubles with cement discharging then aeration and cement free falling systems switch on.

Advantages of the telescopic silo SCT-95:

Thanks to the telescope system, the silo takes up less space. When transporting in a Euro truck, a length of 9 meters is required; one truck includes the silo with all the necessary options. Convenient for long distance transportation. (savings on delivery up to 300,000 rubles)
It is convenient to mount and dismantle the silo due to the smallest number of parts and hardware.

Additionally, the silo can be equipped with a remote control, a cement filter and an overpressure valve, a vibrator, a cement auger and cement level sensors in the silo.

In addition, a set of load cells can be installed on the silo as an additional option, which allows you to quickly measure the mass of cement in the silo and provide full control, eliminating the possibility of theft. Strain gauges are installed on each "leg" of the silo. These scales can also be used to receive material and be able to store, display and print the history of operations for each cycle.

The welded joints in each silo are carefully monitored by the certified non-destructive testing laboratory ZZBO.
