Силос цемента предназначен для хранения приема и выдачи цемента. Силос представляет собой быстромонтируемую конструкцию, адаптированную под загрузку из цементовоза и выгрузку шнековым конвейером.

Опорные конструкции, емкость силоса и все остальные элементы изготовлены из качественных марок сталей и защищены от коррозии, устойчивым к атмосферным воздействиям, покрытием. Силос цемента предназначен рассчитан на длительную эксплуатацию. Толщина стали, из которой изготовлена емкость, составляет 3 – 6мм.

Конструкция емкости силоса предусматривает возможность установки датчиков уровня, систем аэрации, клапана сброса избыточного давления, а так же обеспыливающего фильтра. Для предотвращения зависания цемента во время выгрузки в нижней конусообразной части силоса предусмотрена площадка для установки электромеханического вибратора.
