Vibroform for drainage trays.

- Materials used in the production of drainage trays (cement, crushed stone, sand, water, reinforcement frame) must comply with GOST;
- A lubricant is applied to the working surfaces of the vibroform (external surfaces of the forming sheet and internal surfaces of the walls), which simplifies the process of removing the concrete tray from the mold;
- Before loading the concrete mixture, make sure that the walls of the form are securely fixed with a fastening nut on the end walls and that couplers are installed.
- The concrete mixture is loaded into the form prepared for work and the vibrator is turned on. As the mixture compacts, it is necessary to fill the vacant volume;
- After the form is completely filled with concrete mixture, it is necessary to perform a final vibration compaction lasting 2-3 minutes and smooth the top part of the concrete mixture;
- The product is kept in the form (5-30 minutes, depends on the concrete mixture);
- After the concrete has hardened, remove the formwork and, using a lifting mechanism, use the provided mounting loops to remove the finished tray;
- The formation process is repeated.
