Вибропрессованием называется способ уплотнения бетонной смеси при одновременном воздействии на нее вибрационной нагрузки и статического давления. Технологически вибропрессование реализуется на специальных станках — вибропресс, обеспечивающих колебательные движения матрицы пресс-формы, заполненной полусухой бетонной смесью, и высокочастотную вибрацию пуансона при его рабочем ходе в матрице.
Influence of vibration on concrete mixes Concrete mix can be represented as a two-phase system, consisting of structural elements of liquid and solid phases. Accordingly, prior to hardening, the concrete mix is a viscous fluid with time-varying internal friction. With zero internal friction, the concrete mix would be an ideal fluid, since there would be no connections between the concrete particles. However, the internal friction parameter for concrete mix tends to increase as the cement paste hardens. When the force bonds between the solid particles of the components begin to prevail (that is, internal friction increases), the elastic properties of the concrete mixture increase, characterizing it as a solid body (concrete stone). If you start to apply vibration to a two-phase concrete mixture during its hardening, then the often repetitive oscillatory movements of the particles are in their physical essence identical to periodic forced shaking of the hardening system. The bond between the solid particles of the components is broken, as a result of which the concrete mixture returns to its original temporarily fluid state. This ability of a concrete mixture to restore its original structure under mechanical influences, such as vibration, is called thixotropy. In practice, the thixotropic properties of concrete are widely used, for example, when pouring concrete with simple foundations using vibrators. Vibration casting and vibrocompression are among the modern technologies with the use of vibration plants.
