When stationary concrete plants are purchased, concrete plant manufacturers are required to discuss in advance with the buyer options for supplying inert materials to the concrete mixer. Zlatoust Concrete Mixing Equipment Plant (ZZBO), which carries out both the production of concrete plants and the sale of concrete plants, produces equipment that provides the full technological cycle of concrete production. Its production facilities make it possible to equip all sections of the technological chain with the means of supplying materials, as required by the business plan of the buyer’s concrete plant. This can be either a belt (conveyor) supply of inert materials, or a skip option.
Skip It is considered the simplest lifting mechanism for feeding bulk components of future concrete into a concrete mixer. Actually, the skip itself is a bunker-type trolley into which inert materials are poured. The trolley is lifted to the concrete mixer along inclined guides, steel cables, using an electric winch. The shaft on which the rope pulling the skip is wound is located at the top. Skip position sensors are installed in the extreme positions of the working stroke of the trolley; according to their signals, the mechanism is loaded or unloaded.
The inclusion of a skip in the technical process is reflected in the designation of the concrete plant. ZZBO in the product range is designated by the letter from “Bulgaria" option of supplying materials by skip, letter L – belt (conveyor) delivery method.
