BP-2G-375 Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer is installed on the elevated structure with the discharge height - 4 m. LENTA-18 concrete mixing plant is equipped with a chevroned belt conveyor for lifting and loading of the aggregates into the mixer.
For storage and precise batching of the inert materials metering complex DKS-16. Возможна поставка бункеров увеличенного объема (до 72 куб. метров). Инертные загружаются и хранятся в бункерах, количество бункеров 2 по 8 куб. метра, общий объем бункеров 18 куб. метров. Под бункерами установлен ленточный конвейер-дозатор, на котором происходит точное дозирование компонентов, компоненты подаются из бункеров посредством открытия шиберных заслонок, заслонки управляются пневмосистемой.

The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package) or Растаривателя биг-бегов цемента РМК-2М (Optional) bags (FIBC, big bags). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

From rastarivatelya or cement silo is fed via a screw conveyor a metering unit which consists of a cement batcher 150 kg of water to 75 liters and a chemical additive dispenser 10 liters.
Каждый дозатор расположен на трех высокоточных тензодатчиках и жесткой раме, что повышает точность дозирования. Дозатор цемента снабжен вибратором MVE 300/3 для побуждения схода цемента при его залипании.
Отдозированные компоненты подаются внутрь бетоносмесителя, где происходит перемешивание всех компонентов смеси, после получения необходимой гомогенности смеси, открывается пневмозатвор бетоносмесителя и смесь подается в приемный бункер или в автомиксер. Далее цикл повторяется.
One cycle lasts for 50 seconds maximum during which 0.25-0.3 cu m of ready-to-use concrete is produced. LENTA-18 capacity is 12-18 cu m per hour of operation.
