BP-2G-375s Twin-shaft concrete mixer is installed on the elevated structure with the discharge height - 4 m. Concrete mixer is equipped with a special skip (bucket) for lifting and loading components of the mixture into the mixer.
For storage and precise batching of the inert materials metering complex DKS-16. Возможна поставка бункеров увеличенного объема (до 80 куб. метров). Инертные загружаются и хранятся в бункерах, количество бункеров 2 по 8 куб. метра, общий объем бункеров 16 куб. метров. Происходит перемешивание всех компонентов смеси, после получения необходимой гомогенности смеси, открывается пневмозатвор бетоносмесителя и смесь подается в приемный бункер или в автомиксер. Далее цикл повторяется.
