Управление бетонным заводом осуществляется с помощью Пульта ручного управления ПРУ.

Single-shaft concrete mixer BP-1G-750S volume 750 liters, forced type, with one horizontal mixing shaft, equipped with a skip hoist.

Для хранения и точного дозирования инертных, завод оснащен Dosing complex DKP-10. Инертные загружаются и хранятся в бункерах, количество бункеров 2 по 5 куб. метра, общий объем бункеров 10 куб. метров. На бункере песка установлен вибратор для побуждения выхода. Под бункерами установлен на 4 тензодатчиках ленточный конвейер-дозатор, на котором происходит точное дозирование компонентов. Компоненты подаются из бункеров посредством открытия шиберных заслонок, которые управляются пневмосистемой. В комплект поставки так же входит компрессор.

When the required dose is reached, the batching conveyor is turned on and the dosed components are fed into the skip (ladle) of the concrete mixer. The skip rises and feeds the components into the mixing chamber of the concrete mixer.

Cement is supplied from cement silo (optional) or растаривателя биг-бегов РМК-2М (optional). From the silo/big-bag discharger cement is fed by a screw conveyor (опция) в дозатор цемента Дозатор цемента ДЦВХ-300

The cement is stored in a special warehouse - cement silo (not included in the basic package). Silos for cement must be selected the rate of two daily stock performance. For feeding cement from a cement silo dispenser must acquire the correct length screw.

При окончательной дозации всех компонентов происходит перемешивание, после получения необходимой гомогенности смеси, открывается пневмозатвор бетоносмесителя и смесь подается в приемный бункер или в автомиксер. Далее цикл повторяется.
