| Automation of steam generators of the KPSD series based on the multi-channel regulator Aries TRM-136 (or similar devices of the TRM/UKT series) provides comprehensive control and continuous monitoring of medium-pressure steam parameters. With six universal inputs, the system monitors in real time the temperature of feed water, saturated and superheated steam, and exhaust flue gases using precision Pt100 sensors. The control logic implements a two-stage burner operation mode through electric contact pressure gauges, maintaining a stable pressure of up to 1.3 MPa. The control panel automatically coordinates the operation of the feed pumps based on signals from the three-electrode level gauge, and the built-in interlock system instantly stops the equipment when water is lost or critical pressure values are exceeded, ensuring complete operational safety. |

Парогенератор TEPLO ПГСД-1000 предназначен для получения пара с температурой +165 °С, давлением до 0,6 МПа (6 кгс/см2) и производительностью 1000 кг пара в час. Горизонтальный жаротрубный трёхходовой паровой котёл изготовлен из стали 09Г2С, с толщиной до 14 мм, с минераловатным утеплением и обшивкой из нержавеющей стали.
Steam supply equipment can be used for processes: steaming, drying, sterilization, defrosting, pasteurization and can be used in various fields: food production, agriculture, transport, oil production, forestry, chemical, pulp and paper industries and other fields.
Парогенератор TEPLO ПГСД-1000 оснащаются burner devices "Baltur" (installation of other burners is possible), a group of feed pumps (workingstandby), instrumentation and control devices, shut-off and safety valves, a supply tank, an economizer, as well as a primary water treatment system and an automation system.
При необходимости, паровой котёл может комплектоваться утеплённым блок-контейнером, с климатическим исполнением У1.
The steam generator (depending on the selected burner) can operate on gas or diesel fuel. It is also possible to install burner devices operating on fuel oil, waste oil or heating oil.
Парогенератор TEPLO ПГСД-1000 подлежит регистрации в органах Ростехназора, т.к. рабочее давление парогенератора более 0,07 МПа.
