Парогенератор TEPLO ПГ-500 предназначен для получения пара с температурой +110 °С, давлением до 0,05 МПа (0,5 кгс/смг) и производительностью 500 кг пара в час. Горизонтальный жаротрубный трёхходовой паровой котёл изготовлен из стали 09Г2С, с толщиной стенки топки 6 мм, толщиной стенки корпуса 4 мм, с минераловатным утеплением и обшивкой из нержавеющей стали.
Оборудование для подачи пара может использоваться для процессов: пропарки, сушки, стерилизации, разморозки, пастеризации и эксплуатироваться в различных сферах: пищевом производстве, сельском хозяйстве, транспортной сфере, для нефтедобычи, в лесной, химической, целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности и других сферах.
Парогенератор TEPLO ПГ-500 оснащаются Baltur burning devices (возможна установка других горелок), группой питательных насосов (рабочий\резервный), приборами КИПиА, запорно-предохранительной арматурой, расходным баком, а также системой первичной подготовки воды и системой автоматизации.
В данной комплектации, TEPLO ПГ-500 поставляется в утеплённом блок-контейнере, (климатическое исполнение У1), с пароизоляцией, освещением, вентрешетками и тепловой пушкой, для лёгкого запуска в зимнее время.
The operation of the steam generator (depending on the selected burner) can be carried out on gas or diesel fuel. Also, options for installing burning devices operating on fuel oil, waste oil or furnace fuel are possible.
Режим автоматического управления позволяет легко запустить парогенератор и выйти на номинальную мощность производства пара за короткое время.
Парогенератор TEPLO ПГ-500 не подлежит регистрации в органах Ростехназора, т.к. рабочее давление парогенератора менее 0,07 МПа.
