Дозирующий комплекс обладает большой вместимостью 40 м³ инертных материалов. Это четыре бункера объемом по 10 м³. Большая загрузочная ширина бункеров — 3,5 метра.
Конвейер снабжен шевронной лентой и футерованным барабаном, системой антисползания и самоочистки. Конвейер весовой, на подвесных тензодатчиках. Погрешность дозации 1%. Мощность привода конвейера 18,5 кВт.
Бункеры снабжены четырьмя задвижками на пневматике. На конусе бункеров установлены восемь вибродвигателей MVE 300/3, закрепленных на специальной платформе, закрепленной через четыре виброподушки стенки конуса бункера, воздействие вибрации на инертный материал происходит с помощью вибропластины не контактирующей со стенкой бункера.
Снижено воздействие механической разрушительной силы на сварные соединения смежных конструкций.
