Used steel grade for RGS:

St3 – operating temperature from minus 20 to 95 °C;
09G2S – operating temperature from minus 65 to 95 °C;
12Х18Н10Т – for aggressive environments, corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility

Principle of operation consists of supplying/removing the storage product between the RGS and communications through the provided nozzles with a flange.

Ensuring the declared pressure (or lack of vacuum) due to the ventilation pipe with a ventilation tip at the end.

Draining of the storage product through a pipe with a flange in the rear bottom of the RGS.

Service inside the CGS through a hatch.

Options:

Level measurement and sampling of storage product through the gauging hatch in the lid.
Additional protection against leakage of storage product in the RGS due to the clapper and the vertical control mechanism.
Maintaining the required temperature in the RGS due to the heating register in which the coolant circulates and/or the thermal insulation of the housing.
Equipping with flanged valves RGS for supply/return of storage product and for supply/return of coolant to the register.
For more reliable and safe operation of the DGS, it is recommended to install instrumentation and control equipment (pressure, level gauge, temperature).
