| Automation of a water-heating boiler room, built on the basis of the Termodat 11M6 microprocessor regulator, provides completely autonomous control of a double-circuit heating system and multi-level equipment protection. The regulator monitors the coolant temperature in real time and automatically controls the burner power levels (“large” and “small” flame), maintaining the set parameters in the boiler (80–95°C) and secondary circuits. The intelligent operating algorithm of the circulation pumps provides for their automatic start and delayed stop (5–8 minutes after the burner is turned off), which guarantees efficient heat removal and eliminates the risk of water boiling in the boiler. A comprehensive safety system, including conductometric level sensors and electrical contact pressure gauges, provides continuous monitoring of the system condition and instant blocking of operation in the event of any deviations in pressure or water level from the norm |

Hot water boiler room HEAT VK-15 designed to produce hot water at a temperature up to +95 °С and consumption up to 10 m3/ h. Ideal for supplying hot water to a concrete plant during the winter season, and can also be used for any other similar production purposes.
Operates in harsh climatic conditions with stable negative ambient temperatures.
The water heating installation consists of a boiler, heat exchanger, pumps, expansion tank, piping and storage tank.
Through the operation of the circulation pump of the internal circuit, water enters the boiler, then the water is heated to +100 °C and, passing through the heat exchanger, heats the second hot water circuit to +95 °C, while the pump is operating, which ensures complete heating of the water in the supply tank. When the pump is activated, heated water is supplied to the “consumer” for dosage.
At the same time, water enters the heat exchanger from the feed water supply and, after passing through it, heats up and enters the water tank.
The thermal circuit of the water heating installation ensures the preparation of hot water with a specified temperature range up to +95 °C. The heating system is double-circuit.
The water heating unit is supplied in the form of one transportable unit and its installation involves installation on a planned site according to the boiler house connection project, connection to external networks (heating mains, water supply, sewerage, gas pipeline, electricity) and installation of a chimney.
The water heating unit is used in electrified areas (optional operation in autonomous mode is possible when a diesel generator is supplied). Placement at an altitude of no more than 1200 m above sea level. The climatic design when supplied in the “block-box” configuration is U1. When delivered without a block box, climatic version UHL4.
In case of boiler shutdown, it is recommended to leave the piping system and boiler filled with water. The boiler should only be drained when the boiler is shut down for a significantly long period and/or when there is a possibility of the system defrosting.
