Бетоносмеситель БП-1Г-300 состоит из неподвижного сварного корпуса толщиной 6 мм, внутри которого размещен смешивающий механизм, состоящий из одного горизонтально расположенного вала и закрепленных на нем четырьмя лопатками. Корпус облицован сменной приварной броней – 6 мм.

Вал приводится в движение червячным редуктором. Привод осуществляется от электродвигателя мощностью 5,5 КВт.

Выгрузка готовой бетонной смеси производится через окно в днище корпуса, закрываемое затвором с ручным приводом. Загрузка составляющих бетонную смесь (инертных, цемента, воды) осуществляется в ручную непосредственно в смесительную камеру. Пусковое электрооборудование и защита расположены в пульте управления.
