Block-modular boiler house TEPLO BMK-4 (Отопление), теплопроизводительностью 4 MW, способна обеспечивать ряд задач по отоплению производственных мощностей потребителя. Относится к 2-ей группе надёжности по отпуску тепловой энергии с возможностью эксплуатироваться в областях с умеренными климатическими условиями (У-1).

Котельная БМК-4 (От) состоит из:

Premises built on site, with natural ventilation and single glazing;
Two water heating boilers KVA-2 with a total heating capacity of 3 MW with installed burners (with mechanical modulation) made in Italy by Baltur;
Piping;
Pump group;
Internal low-pressure gas pipeline with shut-off and safety valves and a gas control system for methane and carbon monoxide;
Input distribution device with electricity meter;
Fire and security alarm;
Boiler room control systems based on the Segnetics programmable logic controller and GSM dispatch;

The boiler room operates in automatic mode, and the boiler room can be controlled completely remotely. Data is transmitted via SMS messages on designated events, such as: accident, fire, other errors
