A control panel with a temperature control circuit (Termodat 10M7K regulator) and a water level control unit implements a multi-level security system and control of thermal processes, ensuring reliable operation of the equipment. The integrated control system provides real-time monitoring and the ability to immediately block equipment operation in case of any deviations from the norm. This prevents emergency situations and guarantees a stable supply of steam to the production line.
The system automatically switches the burner between high and low flame modes to maintain the set steam pressure and optimize energy consumption.

Парогенератор TEPLO ПГ-2000 предназначен для получения пара с температурой +110 °С, давлением до 0,05 МПа (0,5 кгс/см²) and a capacity of 2000 kg of steam per hour. Горизонтальный жаротрубный трёхходовой паровой котёл изготовлен из стали 09Г2С, с толщиной стенки топки 6 мм, толщиной стенки корпуса 4 мм, с минераловатным утеплением и обшивкой из нержавеющей стали.

Оборудование для подачи пара может использоваться для процессов: пропарки, сушки, стерилизации, разморозки, пастеризации и эксплуатироваться в различных сферах: пищевом производстве, сельском хозяйстве, транспортной сфере, для нефтедобычи, в лесной, химической, целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности и других сферах.

Steam generator HEAT PG-2000 оснащаются burner devices "Baltur" (возможна установка других горелок), группой питательных насосов (рабочий\резервный), приборами КИПиА, запорно-предохранительной арматурой, расходным баком, а также системой первичной подготовки воды и системой автоматизации.

При необходимости, паровой котёл может комплектоваться утеплённым блок-контейнером, с климатическим исполнением У1.

The steam generator (depending on the selected burner) can operate on gas or diesel fuel. It is also possible to install burner devices operating on fuel oil, waste oil or heating oil.

Режим автоматического управления позволяет легко запустить парогенератор и выйти на номинальную мощность производства пара за короткое время.

Парогенератор TEPLO ПГ-2000 не подлежит регистрации в органах Ростехназора, т.к. рабочее давление парогенератора менее 0,07 МПа.
